This town is of lower class, and is quite dark and dingy. Erimarsh is located in the marshes by Ald lake, and is the town farthest away from Barkemsted. Erimarsh is not well protected, and most sicknesses here have no known cure. Danger lurks beyond every corner. Beware of dark back alleys, for who knows what lays within the shadows.
Emy stood by her horse, Tempest. Scanning the mountains and forests to the East, she pondered what trail she might take to deliver her message. A woman named Alice Postel had asked her to deliver a message to an Apothecary named Arabella living in Summerbrook. The message was written on an old piece of parchment, and it wrote:
ReplyDeleteMy son has the flu and the Apothecary in Erimarsh is out of the herbs used to cure him. I'm scared he may die soon, and you are the closest Apothecary that has the correct herbs. Please send them back to me soon. -Alice Postel
Emy decided that the quickest way to Summerbrook would be along the shores of Ald Lake, then the would take a path through the Oak forest, and stop for the night at Oakshore, then continue through the forest and she would end in Summerbrook. She mounted Tempest and headed for Oakshore.
As Arabella was flying around the outskirts of Summberbrook, she heard the sound of hooves beating the packed dirt of the road. She quickly flew towards the sound, and, seeing a girl with electric orange hair, immediately became interested. She landed in front of the horse, but a few feet away. She put out her hand, palm facing the horse, and mentally asked it to stop.
